www.chateaudemonpere.com is normally continuously available to users. However, at times, the site may be down for maintenance purposes. whenever possible, users will be warned in advance of the dates and times of interruption.

The site is regularly updated by the Publication manager. The Legal notices for the site are also subject to change at any time. The user is strongly advised to review them as often as possible.

The aim of the site is to provide information about the company's business.

SAS Château Demonpère does their best to provide accurate information on the site.

They shall not be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies in updates to the site, whether of their own doing, or of that of partner third parties providing the information.

All information on the site is given for reference only. It is nonbinding and subject to change.

Furthermore, the information published is not exhaustive.

It is given with the understanding that changes may arise after the information goes on line.

The site uses HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and MySQL technologies.

www.chateaudemaonpere.fr may not be held liable for any material damage relating to use of the site.

Moreover, the user undertakes to connect to the site using recent virus-free equipment with an up-to-date, latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property rights

SAS Château Demonpère owns all of the intellectual property or holds all the user rights for all parts of the site such as text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or any part of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is strictly forbidden without the prior express written permission of SAS Château Demonpère.

Any unauthorized use of the site or of any of its constituent parts will be considered intellectual property infringement, subject to prosecution under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of liability

SAS Château Demonpère shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting from equipment not meeting the specifications in §4 above, a bug, or a compatibility issue.

SAS Château Demonpère shall not be held liable either for any any indirect damages, such as loss of business or loss of an opportunity, following use of the site.

7. Data Protection

In France, personal data is protected by Laws Nos. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, 2004-801 of 6 August 2004,Article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code the EU Directive of 24 October 1995.

When the site is used, the following data may be collected: the URL of the links by which the user accessed the site, the user's internet service provider, and the user's IP address.

In no case does SAS Château Demonpère collect personal data on the user other than the information needed for the site to provide certain services.

Users provide such information knowingly, especially when they enter this information directly themselves.

Users are informed as to whether they are required to submit information.

Under Articles 38 and following of French law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 concerning personal data protection, all users have the right to access, rectify or demand deletion of any personal data we may hold on them, by sending a signed, written request with a photocopy of their ID, stating the address to which the reply should be sent.

No personal data will be published without the user's knowledge, or exchanged, transferred or sold in any form to any third party.

If SAS Château Demonpère were sold, personal data would be transferred to the acquirer, who would take over the obligation to protect the said data and the user's personal data privacy rights under French law.

The site is registered with the CNIL (the French data privacy authority) under No. 1768864.

The databases are protected under the terms of the French law of 1st July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 concerning legal protection of databases.

This site contains hypertext links to outside websites, with the authorization of SAS Château Demonpère.

However, SAS Château is unable to verify and will assume no liability for the content of the outside sites linked to.

Any dispute concerning the use of this site is subject to French law.
