The vineyard of Notre-Dame des Anges is the fifth terroir to achieve DGC (additional geographic name) status within the PDO Côtes de Provence.Bordered to the south by the Massif des Maures and to the north by limestone hills, it is characterized by a Mediterranean climate with continental influences and a diversity of soils. This uniqueness creates the balance that defines the wines of Notre-Dame des Anges:
balance between ripeness and acidity,
balance between sweetness and alcohol,
balance between lively freshness and power,
balance between expressive fruit and delicate final bitterness.

This wine, with a deep ruby color,expresses intense notes

of black fruits, spices, roasted aromas, and cocoa.

A balanced and full-bodied wine,

offering beautiful density that pairs perfectly

with slow-cooked dishes.

Its supple fruit and warm notes also enhance refined vegetable creations, such as asparagus risotto, ravioli with preserved lemon, or sun-roasted vegetables.
