The palate, slightly tangy, evokes sour candy, before opening onto aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits

such as vine peach and apricot.

The freshness and floral aromas of the rosé delicately

accompany fish, shellfish, and sun-ripened vegetables..

Grapes varieties : Grenache (30%), Cinsault (30%), Syrah (15%),

Mourvèdre (15%), Rolle (10%)
