This 2022 red by Château Demonpère is a wine with a deep red hue. The intense and powerful aromas begin with jammy dark fruit (blackcurrant), spices (pepper, cinnamon), roasted notes and chocolate.

The flavour is full of body with firm tannins, a dark berry introduction (blackcurrant jelly) that brings out the intensity of the spices and cocoa with a peppery finish and pleasant aftertaste.

Ideal for laying down (10 years).

This red wine goes as well with meat and cheese as it does with saucy dishes and chocolate desserts.

Ageing: 1 year – Oak barrels (40%) and stainless steel vats

Ecocert-approved organic wine.

100% terroir.

Bottled at the Château on January 29th 2024.

Grape Varieties : Syrah (70%), Grenache (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (5%)
